AHHA Member Roundtable: Workforce Supply

AHHA invites all members to join us at our next virtual roundtable on Wednesday 20 November, 12:00-1:30pm AEDT.

A strong and effective health workforce is essential to a functioning health system. Yet, workforce challenges continue to be one of the most critical issues limiting universal access to health care.

Recognising the diverse workforce needs across services and regions, this roundtable will centre on the findings of the Working Better for Medicare Review, featuring a presentation by independent reviewer Adj Prof Mick Reid AM, who will reflect on the consultation process and major findings.

Following this, a Q&A session will give members the opportunity to ask questions, raise issues, and offer their perspectives on what is needed for workforce reform in the context of the recommendations from this Review and the many other reviews that have been undertaken to guide health reform.

Join us at this event to help shape AHHA’s advocacy and priorities for the upcoming 2025 federal election.
